4. Payments & Refunds

Fees are outlined in each package agreement and must be paid in full before project commencement unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to service completion and contract terms.

Profitbull is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from service use, including but not limited to financial losses, data breaches, or system errors caused by third-party integrations.

9. Termination of Services

Profitbull reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if a user violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to meet payment obligations.
